I’ve been into art since I was a kid. When I got my first few tats, I really thought it was an awesome experience. In the winter of 2003, I started an apprenticeship with Benito Jr. Jimenez, a professional tattoo artist. His shop was in Waukon Iowa. I worked at “Highly Designed” for approximately 2 years. I took over their business when he decided to move away. I’m very thankful for everything they did for me.

On May 25, 2005 I was open for business as “Thinkin’ Ink Tat2’s” and hired an artist to be my apprentice that winter. Linda is a great artist. Besides tattooing, she paints, makes gourd and fiber art, baskets and also jewelry. We moved our business to Lansing Iowa, and were open for business in November 2007.
